How Do I Register for the Two-Week Trainer’s Edition?
Those planning to enroll in the Two-Week eMaster Tutor Trainer’s Edition Course should confirm their desire by indicating their plans to participate below. Simply copy, print, and complete the form below and forward with a check or purchase order number to the address listed below. Follow up instructions will be provided via e-mail or fax covering full details. If a specific instructor’s course is preferred, please so indicate their name when forwarding your registration. Credit card transactions for the Trainer's Edition Course only can be made through PayPal.com.
For multiple instructors, copy and print separate registration forms. Fax to (716) 626-9076 or mail to Cambridge Stratford, Ltd, 8560 Main Street, Williamsville, New York 14221. Registrations can be reserved via e-mail to cambridges@aol.com however payment is required before enrollment can begin. Since registration per course is limited, registrations will be accepted on a priority of receipt basis until registration is filled. All e-mail requests for registration will receive a prompt response. Credit card registrations are available for the Two-Week Trainer’s Edition Course only through PayPal.com
Cancellations can be accommodated up to seven (7) days before the start of the course less a $35 administration fee/registrant. Cancellations after that date can be honored with re-enrollment in a future course or a substitute registrant only.
